Das sieht aber mehr nach einem Fehler von cgi-bin/listvdomain aus als vom
apache.

Bauchgefühl sagt "es läuft unter einer (numerischen) user-id, die es
auf dem neuen System nicht gibt" -> gepwuid() für "wo ist $HOME"
schlägt fehlt -> "can't determine home directory".
